You can drive and park your rented SCO2T scooter anywhere where driving and parking with the corresponding vehicle class is permitted by law.

What do you have to consider when parking / parking a SCO2T scooter?
Please park the SCO2T scooter in accordance with the road traffic regulations, i.e. in a free public car park that is accessible to everyone at all times so that you do not obstruct anyone. If you have a private garage or parking space (e.g. in your hotel), you can use it during the rental period.
The good news: In Vienna, the short-term parking zone is free of charge for single-lane vehicles and therefore also for SCO2T scooters. No parking ticket is required.
The less good news: There are also numerous parking bans in Vienna, which you must also observe with the SCO2T scooter: In the so-called neighbourhood zones (especially in the inner districts, 1st-9th), parking with two-wheeled vehicles is generally not permitted. You are also not allowed to park in loading zones, on disabled parking spaces and in driveways - scooters parked there are often towed away by the city, which can result in high costs.
Parking on pavements, in parks etc. is also generally not permitted in Vienna.
In general, please make sure that you park your scooter on a firm and level surface so that it is safe and stable (and cannot fall over or simply be knocked over).
What fuel do the (petrol-powered) SCO2T scooters need?
All petrol-powered SCO2T scooters can be refuelled with Super 95 fuel. No additives are required.
During refuelling, you should park the scooter on the main stand and switch off the ignition.
What should I bear in mind when charging SCO2T electric scooters?

How do I charge my electric scooter?
Our electric scooters have a removable battery and a charger. You can simply plug the charger into any standard socket - whether at home or in the office. The battery takes around six hours to charge. It is best to take your battery with you to your flat/house and always fully charge it in your presence before setting off on your next journey.
General precautions when charging batteries!
Always use the original charger.
Preferably charge batteries at room temperature.
Charge the batteries fully after every journey to prevent deep discharge.
Check the charge status during longer periods of storage and recharge the batteries if necessary.
Avoid deep discharging and keep the battery level at a minimum of 30 per cent.
Batteries may only be charged in the presence of a person to minimize the risk of fire.
What should I know about batteries?
Batteries are sensitive electronic components and must be handled and transported with care. The fact that they are removable does not mean that they are resistant to shocks, liquids, temperatures, etc.
Batteries do not like the cold: 20 °C is the optimum operating temperature. Lower ranges are generally achieved in the cold. Ideally, you should charge the batteries at room temperature so that the battery cells are neither too warm nor too cold. The batteries find optimum charging conditions in a dry place and protected from direct sunlight.
Do I always have to wear a helmet when riding a SCO2T scooter?
Yes, because SCO2T scooters are mopeds that must be operated with a helmet.
How safe are SCO2T helmets?
Our SCO2T helmets are quality helmets from renowned manufacturers with the corresponding ECE test seal in sizes S, L and XL. For a helmet to offer you optimum safety, it must fit perfectly and be neither too small nor too big. If the SCO2T helmets do not fit, we recommend that you use your own helmet.
What helmet sizes are available?
Our Jet helmets are available in sizes S, L and XL.
